Its scenic, placid setting brings peace to the mind and  the adventure activities (all trainers are certified, by the way) get the adrenaline going. It's quiet here (if you don't mind the chirping birds waking you up though). There are accidental seasonal streams to surprise you, apple orchards to take a walk in, night treks, survival training modules if stuck in the woods, and rafting to test your stamina.
